Shipping Destinations
PSIEXIM ships products from India to multiple international destinations, subject to compliance with export regulations, destination-country import laws, and carrier availability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country and comply with all applicable local regulations.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed only after formal order confirmation and receipt of payment or agreed commercial terms.
For stocked items, dispatch typically occurs within 3-5 business days.
For non-stocked, made-to-order, or special items, dispatch timelines are based on the confirmed lead time, which will be communicated in advance.
Order processing timelines exclude weekends, public holidays, and force majeure events.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Shipments are executed via reputed international courier services, freight forwarders, or shipping lines, depending on shipment size, destination, and urgency.
PSIEXIM reserves the right to select the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Incoterms & Transfer of Risk
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, shipments are made under Ex-Works (EXW), Chandigarh, India, as per the latest applicable Incoterms®.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier or freight forwarder.
Any damage, delay, or loss occurring during transit must be claimed directly with the carrier or insurance provider.
Shipping Charges, Duties & Taxes
Shipping, freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and destination-country charges are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise specified in the commercial invoice.
PSIEXIM is not responsible for customs clearance delays, duty assessments, or additional charges imposed by destination-country authorities.
Any refusal to accept delivery due to customs duties or regulatory issues shall be treated as a failed delivery, and associated costs will be charged to the buyer.
Estimated Transit Time
Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on destination, shipping mode, customs clearance, and carrier performance.
Thes timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. PSIEXIM shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.
Delays & Force Majeure
PSIEXIM shall not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Port congestion
Customs inspections
Airline or shipping line disruptions
Regulatory or governmental actions
Natural disasters or force majeure events
Such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or compensation.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Customers are strongly advised to:
Record an uncut unboxing video upon receipt of goods
Inspect shipments immediately upon delivery
Any damage, shortage, or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Claims submitted without proper documentation may not be accepted.
Transit damage claims must be raised with the carrier or insurance provider, as risk transfers at dispatch under agreed Incoterms.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Customer unavailability
Import restrictions or refusal to pay duties/taxes
All associated costs (return freight, storage, re-shipping) shall be borne by the buyer. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of all incurred expenses.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched, where available. Tracking updates are subject to carrier systems and local logistics infrastructure.
Shipping Policy Amendments
PSIEXIM reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
