PSIEXIM – POLICIES

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Buyers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
Without proper proof (video + photos), claims may not be considered.
Once verified, PSIEXIM may issue, a partial refund or a credit note for future purchases.

Claims made after 72 hours of delivery for manufacturing defects.
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Incorrect selection of product, size or specification by the buyer.
Transit Damage – Once the goods are handed over to the courier, PSIEXIM cannot be held responsible.
Delays or holds due to customs, courier or other third-party logistics.
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper usage.

To ensure transparency, we share photos/videos of the final packaged goods along with the weight and dimensions before dispatch.

This proves that the shipment left our facility in perfect condition.

Please Note: Buyers are responsible for compliance with import regulations and customs clearance in their country.

PSIEXIM is not liable for delays, holds or rejections by customs authorities.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where PSIEXIM made an error.

However, We shall help in resolving delays to the best of our capabilities from our end to ensure our customers receive a hassle-free experience.
