Prices may be quoted in USD, EUR, or other agreed foreign currencies, unless stated otherwise. Prices are generally exclusive of local taxes, duties, customs charges, freight, insurance, and destination-country levies, unless explicitly mentioned in the commercial invoice or contract.
Prices applicable shall be those prevailing at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping & Dispatch Timelines
For items in stock, dispatch typically occurs within 3-5 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.
Transit time varies depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier schedules. Delays due to force majeure events-including but not limited to weather conditions, port congestion, regulatory delays or carrier disruptions—are beyond PSIEXIM’s control.
Special, non-stocked, made-to-order, or back-ordered items shall be shipped as per the confirmed lead time communicated at the time of order.
Definition of Lead Time
“Lead Time” refers to the period between order confirmation and dispatch of goods from PSIEXIM’s warehouse or manufacturing source.
Freight & Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are Ex-Works (EXW), Chandigarh, India, as per Incoterms.
Freight, insurance, and handling charges where applicable-are billed separately. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover of goods to the carrier or freight forwarder. Any transit damage or loss must be claimed directly with the carrier or insurance provider.
Order Cancellation
Stocked Items: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by written request. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Non-Stocked / Custom / Back-Ordered Items: Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.
Clearance or Special Offer Items: No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
Returns & Claims
Manufacturing Defects:
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Buyers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
Without proper proof (video + photos), claims may not be considered.
Once verified, PSIEXIM may issue, a partial refund or a credit note for future purchases.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations:
Claims made after 72 hours of delivery for manufacturing defects.
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Incorrect selection of product, size or specification by the buyer.
Transit Damage – Once the goods are handed over to the courier, PSIEXIM cannot be held responsible.
Delays or holds due to customs, courier or other third-party logistics.
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper usage.
To ensure transparency, we share photos/videos of the final packaged goods along with the weight and dimensions before dispatch.
This proves that the shipment left our facility in perfect condition.
Process for Claims
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Provide Order ID, proof of purchase, photos, and the unboxing video.
Our support team will verify and respond within 3-5 business days.
If approved, your resolution will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please Note: Buyers are responsible for compliance with import regulations and customs clearance in their country.
PSIEXIM is not liable for delays, holds or rejections by customs authorities.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where PSIEXIM made an error.
However, we shall help in resolving delays to the best of our capabilities from our end to ensure our customers receive a hassle-free experience.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chandigarh, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
