Once the product is handed over to delivery partner.
Transit Damage – Once the goods are handed over to the courier, PSIEXIM cannot be held responsible.
Delays or holds due to customs, courier or other third-party logistics.
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper usage.
To ensure transparency, we share photos/videos of the final packaged goods along with the weight and dimensions before dispatch.
This proves that the shipment left our facility in perfect condition.
Process for Claims
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Provide Order ID, proof of purchase, photos, and the unboxing video.
Our support team will verify and respond within 3-5 business days.
If approved, your resolution will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please Note: Buyers are responsible for compliance with import regulations and customs clearance in their country.
PSIEXIM is not liable for delays, holds or rejections by customs authorities.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where PSIEXIM made an error.
